Biography
Currently, she serves as chair of the South Dakota State Bar Legal Services Committee and continues to champion accessible legal services. Rebekkah is a published author and is admitted to practice in South Dakota state courts (2016), U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota (2017), and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of South Dakota (2024). She is also literate in alternate dispute resolutions, including certifications in Parental Coordination and mediation services.
Rebekkah’s dedication to justice is driven by her belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to freely access the courts and receive fair treatment under the law. She is committed to creating a better world for future generations and ensuring that legal systems serve as avenues of fairness and empowerment for all.
